Bowery Capital Makes Key Staff Appointments
Back to Marketing InsightsWith private credit continuing to grow as banks pull back their lending appetite, Bowery Capital has made some key staff appointments to support its growth.
The three incoming directors have a wealth of experience working with some of Australia’s leading commercial and investment banks across both the property lending and investment areas.
Existing Bowery Director – Yann Fisher explains that the new appointments will help Bowery service the growing demand not only from borrowers but also from sophisticated investors and advisory firms, as investor appetite for mortgage investments continues at unprecedented levels.

Alan has held various roles in commercial, corporate property, institutional banking, and private wealth, with his last role being at General Manager for Westpac’s Private Wealth division across New South Wales and Queensland.

Incoming Executive Director – Steve Kyritza has joined, having previously worked as a private banker for a number of years at Westpac Private.
